I’m an assistant professor of philosophy at the University of British Columbia’s Okanagan campus. Before that, I was a postdoctoral research fellow in the School of Philosophy at the Australian National University.

I work on value theory (ethics, metaethics, rationality, epistemology) and the ethics and safety of artificial intelligence.

I received my PhD in philosophy from Rutgers University in 2018.
